I love writing about life experiences in a journal format. This brings the reader with me on the discovery of the lessons learned, the missteps and flaws and eventually to the growth and wisdom.

That's the hope anyway! That we learn and take our experiences and turn them into guideposts not only for our future, but for others to learn from our lessons.
